Sunday was a beautiful day here, and we were in the mood for some nature and some exercise, so we decided to go hiking, which, as Clare puts it, is simply “walking somewhere with pretty scenery”. Clare discovered Echo Lake last summer, but I had yet to go there. We are trying to gear up for camping with Spencer, and are trying to ease into it gradually. The hike at Echo Lake was a big hit, since Spencer really likes being in the Baby Björn. We’ll see how he likes sleeping in a tent in a few weeks.
