Spencer asks for more food

Sometimes Spencer gets pretty excited when we are feeding him. We keep trying to teach him sign language, but he seems to be inventing his own. Banging on his tray means he wants more, or so we think. I am not sure what we were feeding him here, but I think it was creamy red lentil chowder, which he really seems to like.

    I think the banging says more like, "Give it to me! NOW! You're not feeding me fast enough!" and the grabbing of the spoon says, "No, you fool! Here, let me show."

    Give her time. We are crazy, and started giving him stuff around 3 months, so he has had plenty of time to warm up to it. Then again, every kid is different, which is part of what makes it fun.
