Do you have to heat the coop in the winter?

No, because that's when you eat them.

For moderate cold, the waterer is heated and there is a warming block like you might use with lizards. For bitter cold, the coop is mobile and could be placed in the garage on some plastic.

How many eggs do they produce?

They lay about 1 egg each per day.
